Honeybunz SG Mine is single eyelid all the way until a few years ago, they became double permanent (no eye job hor!)
ne0matrix SG For some people, it's a sign that they are going to get sick if their eyes suddenly changes from Single to Double. After the illness is gone, it will go back to Single eyelid again.
